I’m From Australia and I would be extremely happy to see moonlight comeback still seems like a bad dream that it was even canned. I’ve owned it on DVD for the better part of a year at least now and I still watch it.

Well, I think it is a mistake not to go on. I was a huge fan of the show, it was awesome, I just loved Alex. I am sure if the show comes back, many people will watch it.

I was very excited and encouraged to hear that there was some discussion about the possibility of returning Alex O’Loughlin to the role which he is so perfectly suited for in the enormously fascinating and popular series Moonlight.

I know I am not alone in being a big fan of this program. I think the fan base was just beginning when they, unwisely I believe, took it off the air. With the skill and track record of a creative genius Ron Koslow, I am certain that they would find themselves with one of the most watched and most lucrative shows on TV.

Moonlight is the kind of series that so many viewers are hungry for – to pull out of the sea of formulaic and often unimaginative programming that is the common fare these days. I thought it was tragically amusing to see that the TV execs seemed to think the Moonlight’s popularity was about the star, and that they could take this actor and put him in a color-by -number, ‘should be a hit’ formula – “medical drama” – and all would be well.

Moonlight was far more than this. It was a place to feed the soul with its spotlight of engaging stories, great casting, and superb art direction. I am confident that with it’s unique and delicious stories and relationships- it could move up to be one of the most highly watched shows along with other innovative and uplifting shows such as NCIS and Ghost Whispers.

I sincerely hope they light it back up. We need it.

It’s crazy they cancelled Moonlight when you think of some of the rubbish thats kept going…..somebody really needs to re-think this.

Yea, and who was the IDIOT who cancelled Moonlight? Nina, step forward please. I wouldn’t trust CBS as far as I could throw, BUT, like all actors, they have bills to pay, etc. So, Nina will try again with Alex in Hawaii 5-0. (yawnnnnn) I’m sorry, but it has to be Moonlight. As they say, ‘good things come to those who wait’…..just have to wait a bit longer….or until another network (cable preferably) takes Moonlight off the shelf and DOES something with it!!!

I think bringing Moonlight back is a phenomenal idea!! I loved the series from day one. It had over 6 million loyal fans (and this was before the “vampire craze”). So, I still find it hard to comprehend why the series was ever canceled…just imagine where it could be now! I think both the story line and the actors were exceptional. This is one loyal fan that welcomes the day CBS brings back Moonlight:)

I am still in love with this show. CBS had a “good thing” breaking new ground with a Primetime show that had the perfect time slot, actors and most importantly, with the upcoming Twilight and True Blood series.

They started a phenomenon for the thirsty desire of the audience wanting more every week. Between the writer’s strike, the fact that people DVR shows no Station should base any research on an outdated “Nielson rating.” I don’t know anyone who didn’t tune in to watch. Heck we were at a wedding and they literally had a TV in the receprtion area because the bride and groom were fans of the show. It sounds strange but think of it, it was awesome. Show that stint on youtube for a wedding!!

To hear that once again CBS has stuck it to Alex O’loughlin by cancelling Three Rivers without even trying a second season I would stay away from any CBS shows. I don’t even watch Ghost Whisperer anymore which was one of our Friday night favotires too.

I have watched Alex’s Mary O’Bryant, The oyster Farmer, (own them), the Sheild (just that season) and DVR Three Rivers. Alex is a very versitile under rated super star. Any station should pick him up for his own show. The menatlist would have been a good role, a priviate eye show, anything he’s that good. They could write a show around him. I read where the CBS exec said it’s about the actors and bot the show. Excuse me how many people watch Bones because he’s adorable how many people (my husband) watch Ghost Whisperer because of Jennifer Love Hewitt. Yes, grab them in and the storyline follows.

I really hate it when you see great talent ignored. The same goes Jason. Loved him in Verinica Mars and even more in Moonlight. Such a shame CBS is so stupid to know they have a good thing.
